Who we are

Built around real constraints

Our mission is to create tailored, tasty products to members of society who may be underserved or overlooked due to the real constraints of their lives. Our journey starts with our product ‘OPERATOR’.

Military professionals, tactical athletes, shift workers, and high-demand performers often live and work with inconsistent sleep, unpredictable meals, physical strain, and cognitive load.

OPERATOR was created around those realities: compact, practical, and designed to move with the user. The goal is not to promise shortcuts. The goal is to provide functional nutrition that fits into difficult days and helps support performance where it matters.

Meet the founders

The people behind it

Letícia Costa

McKinsey consultant, food engineer, and IESE MBA (Class of 2027), with published research in the Journal of Food Engineering. A national-level natural bodybuilder and overall champion at the 2025 NPC MuscleContest International, she spent years relying on supplements while training seriously. She started No LMT on a conviction held since her engineering degree: properly dosed, honestly labelled nutrition should be within reach of the people who actually need it.

Tim Lie

Tim is a biochemical engineer who spent 9 years specialising in safety & risk management before meeting Max and Leti during his MBA. Tim led teams and executed strategies at the highest level of his profession and has years of experience working in one of Australia’s largest retail, fulfilment and logistics ecosystems. He co-founded No LMT because he was fed up with the misinformation in the supplement market and wanted to serve communities with real needs and challenges that he believed the market didn’t understand or truly appreciate.

Max Young

Former British Army infantry officer who led soldiers on exercises and operational deployments from Eastern Europe to the Middle East. Before the Army he worked in startups and investment management, then in defence-focused private equity, and holds an MBA from IESE Business School; off duty he has been a high-level rugby player and committed strength athlete for over a decade. He found the supplement market built around gym lifestyles rather than the realities of military life, and co-founded No LMT to build the product he and the soldiers around him actually wanted to use.
